I worked with some really great people which made my time enjoyable, but during COVID most of the people that had been there for many years were furloughed and then never brought back on leaving most of the departments with new, less experienced employees. No raises or 401k match while I was there and this had been the situation for the years before I was hired as well. Almost everyone disapproves of the CEO and there is a lack of respect for the entire upper management team. The experience I had is not a reflection of the company as a whole. Department expectations and culture vary by your supervisor and mine was one of the best. I had a great experience at Genova, but that was greatly due to the department that I worked in.
